Account Questions
Is your program free?
Yes, our program is totally free to join..
I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members.
What are active members and inactive members?
Active members have confirmed their email address and are members of the program. Pending members have signed up, but haven't responded to the initial email yet. They are not members of the program and cannot earn any money until they activate their account.
All pending members who won't confirm their membership within 48 hours, will
be deleted.
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
No, we allow one account per individual. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses.
Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account.
How can I confirm my membership?
Click on the link you received in our email after signing up and go on with the registration process.
I didn't receive your Confirmation Email.
Enter your email address in our Menu and click Resend Signup Email.
The confirmation email is automatically sent, but check that your email address is working properly and that you haven't misspelled it when signing up.
How can I log into my account or check my earnings?
Log in at http://www.CashRead.com Enter your email ID and password in our Menu and select LOGIN.
How can I cancel my account?
Enter your member ID and password on the main page and choose "Unsubscribe".
Notice that when you delete your account, all your earnings and referral bonuses will be forfeited.
You agree to take the responsibility to cancel their own accounts through the appropriate link on our site and not just sending an email informing us of that decision.
How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows CashRead to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from CashRead without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Enter your member ID and password on the main page and choose "Cancel Account".
I get a "bad password" error when logging in. Why?
The most frequent reason for that is that you haven't clicked on the confirmation link we sent you upon your sign up, and haven't filled the registration form. So, enter your email on our home and click on Resend Signup Email. Click on that link and complete your registration. Then you will be able to login.
I have lost my password.
Enter your email in our login box and click on the drop menu on "Resend password".
I don't remember my username.
Your username is the email you used to sign up with us. This cannot be changed, even if you switch to another email address, changing your details, the username remains always what you entered when signing up.
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "Edit Information" link.
You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.
Can I change my Email address?
Yes, login and Edit your Information. Notice that your Username will always be your OLD email and that won't change.
I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program,
we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users
full earning privledges.
Earnings Questions
How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn. Each email will have a different value according to the action required: click, sign-up, etc.
When can I request payment?
You may request payment once your account balance
reaches $500.
How can I request payment?
After you have earned $500 in your account a "Request Payment" button will
automatically appear on your earnings page. Press the button and your
request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department.
When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days.
How am I paid?
Members will be paid via PayPal or check. There is a $3 processing fee for payments made via check. PayPal payments have no processing fee.
How many paid emails I will receive? How much will I earn?
This depends completely on our advertisers and on how you respond to our offers. We cannot make a forecast on that.
May I use my earnings to advertise?
Yes, you can redeem for free advertising when you have at least $20 in clicks,
and we offer several ways to redeem your earnings (not your signup bonus alone),
that may vary from time to time.
If you have enough earnings to redeem for advertising,
the apposite button will appear in your Member's Area.
Redemptions are sent on a first-come first-served basis,
and since we have a very large database of members,
it may take a while for your request to be processed.
Please be patient and don't write us asking about it,
nor send us redemptions by email, because they won't be considered.
If you don't find the redemption button in your account,
that's because we have already reached the maximum number of requests to be processed.
Try again the following weeks.
For the same reason, don't press the redemption button more than once
sending multiple requests. Doing so, besides making our work
onger and delaying the other requests, your redemption will be invalidated.
During holiday times, due to our staff reduction, redemptions may be suspended.
Referral Questions
How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to CashRead on your
website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can
give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.
What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found logging into your account and clicking on Referral Links.
What can I earn through referrals?
You will earn $10 per each of your direct referrals, $5 per each of your indirect referrals, $4 per each of your 3rd level referrals, $3 per each of your 4th level referrals, $2 per each of your 5th level referrals, $1 of your 6th level referrals. The referral payment will be assessed in your account when your referrals reach the minimum payment requested and cash out.
Does it mean that I have to wait for my referrals to cash out to redeem my earnings?
Absolutely not. You are totally independent from your referrals' earnings.
You can cash out as soon as you reach $500. Your earnings for your referrals only will show as soon as each of them cashes out.
So it's not that you cannot cash out until your referrals do, you could not have a single referral and cash out all the same.
I don't see my referral earnings. Why they are not credited?
Your referral earnings will be credited when they request the payment with us and cash out. You won't see their earnings until then.
Advertising Questions
I have a website I would like to advertise, where can I find information on
your different programs and costs?
Visit our advertisers section of the website for complete details.
Do you guarantee a clickthru rate?
We don't guarantee a clickthru rate, but this one is usually around 40%.
I have questions not answered on this FAQ page, what can I do?
Contact Us and supply as much information as possible
so we can solve the problem in a timely manner.
Note that if your question is already answered here you won't receive any reply, and that's a loss of time for both you and us.
