Terms and Conditions
By signing up and actively using the CashRead program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. CashRead may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with CashRead. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the CashRead program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 16 years of age (with parental consent) or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing CashRead account. You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your CashRead account and pressing the change information link. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your CashRead account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by CashRead be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up CashRead. You agree to receive email advertising from CashRead. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from CashRead your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 7 (seven) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings.
Unsubscription
If a member objects to any of these Terms of Service or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with our program in any way, member's only recourse is to immediately cancel his account.
To cancel your account, enter the email address used to sign up in our site (with your password if you were confirmed) and click on Unsubscribe.
Resignation or termination of the membership results in the permanent loss of the rights to his/her referrals and all earnings in their account. Members agree to take the responsibility to cancel their own accounts through the appropriate link on our site and not just sending an email informing us of that decision.
We will terminate any account which we believe, in our sole discretion, is utilizing or is otherwise connected with any fraudulent use or fraudulent activities. If a member is involved in such activities, and/or if the membership is terminated or canceled for any reason, the member will forfeit all accumulated balances and any other bonuses and has no right of claiming them or part thereof.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and CashRead are independent contractors, and nothing in this
Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales
representative or employment relationship between you and CashRead.
You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers
or make any representations on behalf of CashRead. You may not make
any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and
payment of any taxes for money earned while using the CashRead
program.
Limitation of Liability:
CashRead will not be liable for lost profits, lost business
opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or
consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or
CashRead program, even if CashRead has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, CashRead aggregate
liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the
total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting or signing up the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by CashRead. Members will earn $50 as a signup bonus, after confirming their registration. Members may earn by referring new members to the CashRead program. Members will earn $10 per each of their direct referrals, $5 per each of their indirect referrals, $4 per each of their 3rd level referrals, $3 per each of their 4th level referrals, $2 per each of their 5th level referrals, $1 of their 6th level referrals. The referral payment will be assessed when the referrals reach the minimum payment requested and cash out. Members will be paid via PayPal or check. CashRead will pay members when their balance reaches $500.00 and they request payment. There is a $3 processing fee for checks, no fee for PayPal. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after requesting the payment.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through
unsolicited emailing (i.e.
SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership
with CashRead and may result in legal prosecution.
CashRead strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a
federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account
terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but
shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any
authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
CashRead may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple signups
shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts.
Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
CashRead will file charges for recovery of any earnings received
from multiple signups.
